about a month after the gig, I went to see John Stammers, and the guy supporting him (James Lawson), sarcastically said that people there would probably not know who Alex Kane was (like we were people who didn't give a s**t about good music)

Surprisingly, being jibed at like that, this lawson chap had a couple of pretty good songs
