two aging buttered sesame buns with mattesons/colmans mustard,

coffee, fresh raspberries, small mars bar I found hiding in the fridge door compartment (not sure how long its been there but f**k it, apart from being as hard as a block of ice, tasted lovely with my piping hot coffee!)
