I thought she was superb in it

she was such a screaming psycho that you forgot she isn't actually psychotic. I know what you mean about the body, too: she gave her age as 22, whereas she looked 17 and her whole body language suggested a couple of years younger at least. That's acting, that, fair play to her.

Also, the way you kind of miss that she's barking mad because at first she seems normal compared with the Crimson Bolt: but as things develop, you realise that HE isn't mad, he's just completely blinded by hurt and hate and betrayal. SHE's the mentally ill one, as becomes evident. Yeh, a better film than I expected, and one that's left me thinking about it much longer than most films do. I hope plenty of people see it, and not many kids do.

As for the violence not being as bad as I made out: remember, you were expecting it, whereas I wasn't.
