OT:Saw the new Kevin Smith movie "Red State" yesterday

Thought it was really interesting, totally unlike anything he has done before.

The cinematography is really in your face (and different) in the action scenes

He made the whole thing for 4 million US and is self distributing which is a pretty new concept with well known film makers.

If you like hatin' on the US, you will like this film. ;-)

In the same way Harry Brown showed the underbelly of British estate culture this shows some unpleasent aspects of the US culture.

John Goodman is just f**king excellent, very underated character actor.

PS it is up on torrents if you dont have access to video oin demand.
