Refs post match press conference

Is it time the refs like Steve Dunn or whatever he was called are made to answer questions on decisions like Saturday? He's probably sitting at home now thinking either (a) God i'm glad my bet on Fulham winning to nil came in or (b) I've had an absolute mare there but never mind, it's only cost Norwich the chance of staying up and i don't like going to Carrow Rd anyway.
