There's a dog at the gate to the block of flats I live in

quite an old thing but it's not very well at the amount, needs lots of medicine and has the cone of shame around it's neck. It also has epilepsy, when I was told that last night by the security guard who looks after him I tried not to laugh as it reminds me of this...
