Follow them. In the past I've designated the treat day (the famous scrumpafax :D )
If you want something that badly, have it, cos that craving will just follow you until you exploding give in, and then you'll eat everything in sight after, then you won't get back to where you were
So don't invent a treat day, and end cravings by eating the very you want
