I mainly look for things that are low calorie in shops, and the imagination follows
Tips for low calorie replacements
Low Fat Greek Feta - around 170 kcals per 100 grams (most cheeses are 400kcals per 100 grams)
In a bowl of veg I like putting some tabasco sauce. Gives it a kick (like a curry I guess), and stops veg from being bland
Covered the vodka, I drink vodka and soda whilst out, and diet lemonade at home. Some fizzy spring waters have no calories in too
Various low calorie meats and tomatoes I like (plus feta if you want)
Fair amount of fruit intake instead of sweets or snacks
Prawns or fish is a another brilliant snack if you're near a supermarket
Can eat a lot in a day, and still only be on 1000 kcals
Snot a diet for me anymore, I've just changed
