went full screen without a prob, was in English and wasn't all that much delayed. It wasn't HD quality, as Songy says caught-offside is, but it was good enough.
Earlydoors: if you go with caught-offside, be careful you aren't asked to enter your card details on an unsecured page. That was my first pick, but as I was filling out the fields I looked at the address bar and was amazed to find no sign of security. Songy says he went in through paypal, whereas I was routed there by c-off, so his is probably the way to do it. There's not much in it for price.
I haven't looked into who's running liveonlinefooty because I'm not all that bothered, but I wonder if Sky might be behind it? This is how they started with satellite football, after all: inexpensively showing what people want to see, making people accustomed to having it, with a view to ramping up charges later. I predict that both streaming channels will be offering a TV package within three years, and that that package will be compulsory within six. I'm only half kidding.
