he's found success at Stoke, right time, right place and right tactics. Deserves great credit to having Stoke play to their strengths, personally can't stand the long throw bollocks all game. The direct style they play is for me quite regressive and unhelpful to the English game in general. It's how Graham Taylor ended up managing England.
