Hand Up!

Anything with a club badge or that hints at a club badge is a no go as you are infringing on the rights, unless it's someone like Liverpool where the Liver Bird is a representation of Liverpool as a city rather than just the club.

I've had to take stuff down before after requests from a firm operating on behalf of Wigan, Newcastle, Man City..
