It's quite a complicated one though

it's the disaffected youth, who are disaffected for all sorts of reasons. No hope, no future, s**t parents, cuts to youth services will be a small part of it, breakdown of respect in society in general, dislike of police targeting black people with things like stop and search. Culmination of years and years of people having s**t lives.
