We've all let that happen, been happy to abdicate responsibilities in the good times

and ignore blatant warning signs such as 110% mortgages when it meant we got the Shiny Shiny.

Governments don't remover personal responsibility people do. No one can 'take' that sense from you, have to give it up.
It may be a slow gradual thing, it may be perpetuated by the Media (another element of the big picture of hacking).

We?ve allowed ourselves to get very comfortable, to ignore some truths, and I?m beginning to think things have gone further than we actually realised.
