what do you think the police have been during the breaks in the rioting?

they've been going round, studying the cctv footage, and YouTube videos uploaded by the rioters themselves, identifying the kids involved and then going and arresting them

even if they don't get locked up they'll start learning it's not guarranteed they'll get away with it and they'll get bored
