Opinions on what kind of division the PL will be this season?

Last season was very unusual.

You needed a much higher than avearge points total to avoid relegation while the points difference between 8th and avoiding relegation was only 9 points.

Man Utd won the LG with the lowest points total in recent PL history and the top 4 had by far the lowest combined points total of the top 4 in recent years.

Will this less dominant LG continue?
