To get to Madchester I always go:-

Fengibbon Autobarn.
A1
A57
M1
A616
A628 past Penistone (snigger)

But that's when we visit S Mcr Wiggun is directly opposite on the otherside to where the A628 comes in.

Either route has it's pros and cons.

But this way we get to drive past Penistone.

A14 & M6 can be c**ts too.
