the govt should really invest in some form of structured training for them

very poorly organised, unlike the student protesters who seemed to be far tighter in their police avoidance tactics. they need to learn some basics on covering up their faces and wearing conspicuous items of clothing. pretty poor effort really. not the sort of rioters that we want in this country at all.
