which I suspect he may well have would you take a chance if you felt under threat from him? Put yourself in the position of the Police officers who attempted to apprehend him. It's all well and good you getting on your moral high horse but this guy was probably a dangerous, violent, career criminal who wouldn't hesitate to open fire on the police.
Would you take the chance if you were in their shoes?
