I Think Some, Quite Literally, Do Just That...

I looked into doing the very basic FA Coaching course a while ago, logistically its a commitment and a serious one, time wise-both on the course and work you are expected to do/else experience, pre/post course.

Think a lot of the ex-pros can skip levels or modules as they are deemed to be QBE, so, on some of the badges, its a case of them popping along for half a weekend somewhere, ticking a few boxes and putting some cones out properly and they have their qualification.

UEFA 'B' and 'A' is something different though-and don't you at least need to be UEFA 'B' to manage in the Prem?

No problem for Lambert of course, but some hastily appointed player managers have been given exemptions and a timne limit to get the relevant qualification in the past, where-as some of those coaching further down the leagues probaby have some of the more basic qualifications that they secured fairly easily.

I'm sure someone like Paul Peschisolido has coaching qualifications but wonder how far up the ladder he is at the moment?
