Heh heh! Had a look today, opposite the N&P with balcony 2 floors up...

looks very nice and yes Car parking space included. Not sure about it mind, I know you just want the car parking place! Lot of money for a studio but would be nice to look at the Field of dreams over a cup of tea every morning. Dream world has come true (good old family) that i can afford the rent so I need to be happy where I go. :)
