Returned from looking at a studio flat opposite the field of dreams, my thoughts...

it's a Studio flat which they didn't say, but very very nice. Super duper kitchen and secure entrance. Balcony which is sort of level with the 2nd stairs to the N&P stand. Enjoyed asking the agent if it was noisy on a Saturday who said I'd hardly notice it with the triple glazed windows. :O) Expensive for a Studio but very useful car parking place!!! Thinking about it but the very top of my budget but I'm tempted, just so I can look at Carrow Road everyday with a cup of tea when I get up!!
