For all travelling to Wigan, I have just received this invite.

Hi

My name is Andy Vaughan and I am the media officer for Wigan Robin Park Football Club who play in the North West Counties League.

We play at the Robin Park Arena in the shadows of the DW Stadium. Normally we play away when Wigan Athletic are at home but we have had to reverse a fixture on the 13th August.

This has led to us kicking off at 1pm and I am just contacting you to see if you could let your travelling fans (especially those that like non-league football and like to "groundhop") know there will be a game on prior to the main event at the DW Stadium.

I have attached a press release and a flyer giving more details.

Many thanks for your time and all the best for the season (after 13 August, naturally).
