yeah, that came up the other day when I met with people at INACAP

this English girl who was on a 1 year Student work visa at INACAP was putting the point across to her boss that my college education of A-Levels is harder to get than a University Degree here in Chile. She's been teaching here for a year and just can't believe how poor the standard is. I've had students in the British Institute up here tell me that they know that Peruvians for examples are so much more educated than they are and are embarrassed by it.
