Disgraceful move by Pinera and co to ban Protests through the centre

that's who the real scum are in all of this. The protesters have a great point, Chile doesn't invest in Education nowhere near as much as it should. It really shows as well, the quality from what I have seen here in Universities is really poor. Cheating and copying is widespread in tests, poor lack of leadership in the classroom. I met an English teacher here the other day, she had a top degree in English but could barely go a sentence without making loads of errors and she is now teaching students.
