The problems of moving up.........My fears

In LG1, Paul lambert didnt have too many selection probelms. we didnt have a huge squad and the fact we had a few injuries meant most of the first team core 20 got playing time especially with 46 LG games, paint pot cup, Carling cup and FA Cup.

In the Champs, slightly fewer games but a steady flow of injuries, especially at CB.
Again most players got some playing time, we even had to draft in loan players to cover at various positions.

In the PL, much bigger squad, there will be a lot less games unless we have monster cup run (LOL dont laugh!)
The strange thing is that if we dont get many injuries we may see slight unrest for the first time in 2 years over playing time.
We know experienced Pros like Simon Lappin will never be a problem.
I fear some may become impatient especially if they see this as maybe their last chance to play in the PL.

In a strange way, the fact we have had injuries has kept everyone involved.
That factor has actually kept the squad united.

In a strange way the injuries to Ward and Vaughan might actually slightly help us, as crazy as that sounds.
It will keep more of the squad involved for the start of the season.
