I've had an idea for a movie, any thoughts?

Ex special forces trained grunt, Ray, returns to Swaffham after 8 years in the Army.
Passes closed factory where his Dad used to work and he dreamt of working too.
Catches up with old mates, has a game of footy.
One of his old mates has done well for himself and opened up an amusement arcade.
All the boys get invited to the amusement arcade that night.
Ray notices that all the games are rigged and gets into a fight with security.
Despite his training the security are mob handed and beat him up real bad and he ends up in hospoital.
The local Sheriff ignores Rays desire to press charges as the amusement arcade is the main source of income for Swaffham now the factory has closed.
Returns home and gets himself back to full fitness.
Rays little brother nearly overdoses on drugs sold to him by the amusement arcade security guys.
Ray goes around and trashes the arcade and the security guards.
Ray is arrested.
Ray goes to trial.
Ray sacks his legal team mid trial to represent himself.
In an impassioned plea to the jury Ray exposes the scars on his chest to the jury from his beating and states that if he is found not guilty, and the towns people elect him as their new Sheriff, he will clean up the town.
Ray is found not guilty, is elected Sheriff and cleans up the town.
