I saw blackbook last night (Zwartbook), which was pretty good

dutch WWII spy drama thingy 7/10
And also watched all these in last couple of weeks:
Appleseed (Appuroshido) A japanese anime classic and one with a superb opening sequence 7.5/10
Equilibrium - sci-fi 1984 type thing with Christian Bale. Shit. 3/10
Before the Devil Knows You're Dead - Ethan Hawke, Seymour Hoffman - drama about a robbery. Pretty good 6.5/10
RocknRolla - guy Ritchie doing what he does best - OTT Cockerny types with OTT Laaaaahndaaaaan accents. Good though 7/10
Tony Manero - Chilean flick about a murderer who's obsessed with John Travolta. v. good 7.5/10
Project A - Jackie Chan's best film. amazing stunts superb fights and a half decent story 8/10
Battle ROyale - Japanese flick about a load of kids fighting to the death on an island. good idea, execution was average 5.5/10
Once upon a time in America - De Niro. first half was superb 8.5/10, second half lost track and got a bit bored 6/10
Chinatown - Brilliant 8.5/10
