not tonight...was more watching footy and drinking...

last night - yes a rather s**t one called The Kooks - tonight involved cheap beer, dodgy chicken burger from a kebab shop (the last time me and my mate went in there they asked them about why they had attacked a man with an iron bar - so that's our fav) - I actually feel a bit dodgy, anyways Tenerife in 2 days - this is great Pre-Season training!
