Semolina ? I've eaten stuff others might find disgusting but which I liked, e.g.

Sheeps' brains, sweetbread (pancreas and thymus), iguana, horse, goat, goat blood soup and the more common black pudding, octopus in its own ink, eel, snails, ostrich, kangaroo, crocodile, little fluffy bunny wabbit etc.

All of them were luverly.
