To quote Paul Lambert

"I think you've got to have it [competition]. I think you've got to have pressure on you to perform, and that's what we'll try to create for people that want to stay in the side."

I hope that Ruddy does well for Norwich, but I think we need a good backup, to have that element of competition. I don't feel that will come from Rudd TBH.
