"I would say that only 20% of the people I saw in Oslo were or appeared to be European"

I'm guessing this figure is highly inaccurate. I've always found it odd that people walk around places counting up the different races of people they see, only one type of person does that in my opinion and they often start talking by saying 'I'm not racist but...'
