It's a cup game between first and second in the league: leaders Wigan, with marginally the best defence in the league against 2nd place Warrington, with comfortably the best attack.
So it was a bit of a surprise that Wigan were 22-0 up in about 20 mins - they flew at Warrington and looked a class above them. Then Wire got a try back and suddenly it was one-way traffic in the other direction. They'd clawed 16 points back by HT and it really could go either way from here - I'd expect as many points in the 2nd half, by the way the first went. Seven tries!
And by the way: I believe there is no finer sight in sport (apart from the Nodge) than a good RL team defending on their own try line.
Also, if it's a cup game I don't think they should call it Rugby League. Rugby Cup, innit. Tsk.
