....is it 'cos the other teams are poor?

Personally, I think the PL last year was the worst one I recall - no-one deserved to win it - so the best worst team did. I think if you add in that the teams beneath the so called 'big 4' have all strengthened without spending huge amounts then it adds to the excitement for this coming season.......
