Why we love PL

Just being sensible. As a fan base I am sure we know f**k all compared to anyone in the business but when PL said 7 signings, within one or two I think we all knew precisely which positions. I suppose the only surprise was maybe one more midfielder versus an experienced backup keeper, but since if your keeper gets injured an emergency loan is always possible, it would have been the least of his priorities.

No marquee signings but not Plymouth Argyle reserves either. I think he is the first manager ever who took "prudence with ambition" and actually displayed precisely that.

Even if we go down with nil points, still happy at his decisions. ILWT
