This is just an observation. It appears to me that over the last 3 or 4 years that the traditional macho attitude of, to put it bluntly 'not wanting to look like a poof/ponce' has been eroded.
Do you know what I am on about here? Go back say 5 years ago you could often spot a homosexual by the way he dresses or by his over attention to his grooming. But now alot of blokes who are straight look like absolute gaylords.
It seems to me that the Beckham inspired metrosexual trend has just gone through the roof in recent years. I doesn't look like young guys even have that psyche of 'I'm not wearing that or styling my hair like that as I look like a poof'.
I have used rather crude language but do you follow?
