We haven?t sold a risk solutions package ? we have sold a 3 year membership/indemnity package.
How are we able to only sell a 3 year package with H&S when;
1. Not all members want H&S
2. Some members already have **** H&S
3. Some members already have competitor?s H&S
4. ***** isn?t compulsory either ? and we cant make this so as it isn?t *** obligatory (unlike****and membership)?
Because if we restricted market to just the above there would be virtually nothing to attack!
They need to understand that H&S will kill this deal and they have to be prepared to play a long game of getting the members tied in and then upselling when either their existing arrangement expires or we (or *** if they want) can persuade them it?s worth the money.
