despite getting them out of lg1 and finishing pretty high up the championship. obviously not all of them want him gone but look at some of these comments:-
We've not had a bad pre-season on the pitch. But squad does look crap.
In the end responsibility for that lies with Grayson - a lot of our thinness of squad is down to him spunking his money on loans last season leaving us with a huge gap to fill this season. Losing our loanees compounds the loss of a few out of contract players and a couple of injuries leaving us with too big a hole to fill in the summer transfer window. As someone on another thread pointed out, we've essentially lost almost an entire first team since last season.
But I fear what will do for SG by Xmas is his poor management in the season. Pissing away a decent league position after Xmas through poor tactics and man management last year wasn't an unfortunate accident. He nearly did the same the season before. He continues to be an over-rated manage who can ride but not make luck, and who struggles to turn things round when faced with problems. Another Blackwell, not the next Revie/Wilko/Whatever. I hope he develops this year and makes a success of it, but fear that he won't and by Xmas we'll have another please the fans ex-Leeds retread struggling through to the end of a disappointing season. Gary Speed, anyone?

Made a fool of himself (again) in that YR interview... aside from sneering at Leicester for daring to sign players(!shock horror).
But don't worry, he assured us that hardly anyone else is signing players just like us. Oh, and he mentioned that once premiership teams know what their 25 man squad is, players will become available. Is that the emergency loan window I hear calling?
He won't even have the likes of Becchio, Kilkenny, Gradel(?), Somma and Johnson playing out of their skin to save him this time. The puppet needs to get a voice otherwise he'll find himself carrying the can for Bates' (repeated) mistakes.
........................
He's a c**t that want f**king off, I've seriously heard enough of his s**t.
.........................
if we're nowhere near the top 6 come october he's gunna be out. a storms been brewing this pre-season with frustration from all of us. people used to defend him etc but this summer has been nothing but a joke. and its going to be worse when gradel eventually leaves, and possibly snodgrass.
..................................
he just needs to stop chatting gas nd all the other same old s**te and tell us fans how it is.
..................................
At the moment I expect 7 of the first 10 teams we play to actually finish above us in the league
