Shame it's a rest day today. Bleak weather outside is a good excuse to lounge on the sofa drinking tea and watching the sunny south of France.

He really is an outstanding sprinter. I've often though, seeing as he's not huge and musclebound, that he ought to be able to improve on the mountains as he gets older, like Hushovd (and Jalabert, Kelly etc in the past).
