It's Shite Down Here As Well...

...and, whenever I'm in Norwich or at home, I often comment on how Broadband is quicker in Norfolk than in and around Chichester.

The stock answer I get whenever its inaccessible is that "there are lots of users online at the moment" to which my, I think reasonable response is, "so they're all online, and I'm not-why?".

Which there is no answer for.
