Don't wanna be awfully morbid, so sorry.

But told Dad was gonna die today.

Less than a week of being told - glad he isn't gonna suffer for weeks and months.

I was at hospital. And holding his hand and said thank you, he went from unconicous gargling to squeezing my hand, opened his eyes, smiled and said bye and back to how he was.

So I decided to leave him.

Is that selfish? Should I be with Mum?
Or is that the perfect way to say goodbye.

Should I go back and see him breathe his last?

Don't be afraid to say what you think. Not lookin for sympathy, just opinion and advice?
