OFF TOPIC: anyone have an opinion (or used) on voipfone.co.uk

A friend of mine who travels a bit wants to use them from his laptop to make calls in the UK only and recieve voicemails.
They will supply a local Norwich number for 2 quid a month.
Skype doesnt do Norwich numbers.
