Made a big mention of his speed.
Not sure if he is thinking of CB or FB.

The speed thing makes me think FB more than CB but maybe he thinking two fast CBs?

De Laet mentioned in his interview that he can play right accross the back four.
Which suggests a versatile role.

Maybe he is to be used as a fill in/cover guy at various positions.

Would be an amazing player to have on the bench as it frees up more players in midfiled/attacking positions.

I am still really interested in how Lambert is going to use the current squad.

He seems to have quite a few options from diamond to 4-4-2 to even 4-5-1

We now have the width with two wide men and a bit of steel in midfield with Johnson.

Up front we have cover for Holt and 5 quality options overall.

You can see why Lambert said he is very happy with the current squad. I dont think he has ever had so many options.
