it's yet to go proper global though

as in proper foreigners havn't got a hang of it yet. go to glasgow and thick glaswegian accents can often be heard coming from people from the sub-continent. i have yet to hear a steve mclaren stylee foreigner adopt the local lingo. probably never will either.
