Anyone around who understands the tech behind setting up email accounts?

and who might be able to offer some assistance?
I am having issues setting up an IMAP account in outlook, the email provider is go daddy. I already have another IMAP account set up, not with go daddy and this works fine.

Main problem before was that emails were sticking in the outbox. Now I cannot get the details correct to add the IMAP account at all.
