Its about putting your foot on the ball and slowing the game down

and using your experience at that level. We are naive to this level and it may come back and haunt us it may not.

Like I said previously, I thoroughly agree with Lamberts transfer policy and think all his signing have been excellent, however, would it be so wrong to have an experienced head in the team? A possible plan B if the young hungry approach isn't working in games, or in games that we need a calming influence on the bench to see out a crucial 1-0 home win or 1-1 away draw?
