Of course I agree with everything you wrote but also another major advantage.....

of not buying name players is that we can shuffle our 25 man squad around like crazy and not get a rebuke from the PL for fielding a weakened side.......

I dont think PL even knows 100% his strongest 11 let alone the PL.
His whole goal is building a good squad of players with solid competition at every spot.
He likes to mix and match slightly depending on the opposition.

Who can judge if one player is stronger than another when they were all playing in the champs and LG1 over the last 2 seasons.

I said before we made any signings that I hoped we didnt go the normal route of signing older PL experience and foreign players.
