Agreed entirely, AND...

whilst some STILL question Lambert's signings/eye for talent... I'd rather he continues his policy of recruiting young hungry players. What people who criticise Lambert still fail to consider is the absolute belief he gives his players that they can go out, perform and win.

Belief and togetherness will go a long long way in whichever league... and I have much more confidence in Lambert's abilities to mould a team than the rabble being recruited down the road... Ellington, Chopra, Bowyer etc. Prem experience maybe, but I wouldn't want that shower anywhere near FCR.
