I'm all for the balance when it comes to the feds

They have plenty of propaganda on various tv shows. Police camera action, traffic cops, road wars, the lock up etc etc

When it's reported that they've failed, it should be addressed, and then prevention can take place

In this case though, people who hang around and encounter trouble, are to me, in a wild comparison...... the same as someone adament to pay a cheque in at the bank, whilst some crazed gun man is robbing the place :)
