plusnet for me as well (they are owned by bt)

Have had account for over 5 years with them no hassle.

They have a uk call centre and they are good at resolving any issues. Sent me a free router to fix the last issue i had within the week.

They are consistently one of the cheapest but you may find if you have sky they will give you broadband for nowt.
