that seems very shabby. iirc part time workers have the same rights as full timers. my mrs faced a reduction in hours and caved in in the end and jacked it in due to the b***hfest amongst the other staff. "why should i take an hours cut? i have to pay a mortgage blah blah blah"

is she in a union? ask to see a rep. or go to the citizens advice buro like what the boy bay said.
